Daimer Castro Vega is a farmer at Plenitud PR. In January 2019, he did a summer internship at the farm through the Juvempleo program. After graduating as an agronomist from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, he decided to continue in Plenitud PR. He currently works on various agricultural tasks on the farm. Mostly in the preparation of the land, planting, and maintenance of crops. He also collaborates with on-farm workshops on agroecology for students from partner schools.
