Jariksa (Kari) Valle Feliciano
Chef, Senior Care Program
Kari first came to Plenitud in 2011 as a volunteer, open to learning about organic agriculture and sustainability. Her passion about cooking was inherited from her grandmothers, mother and extended family. Kari has a strong a desire to learn, unlearn, share and educate about the importance of recognizing where our food comes from, conscious consumption and its benefits as medicine. This led her to study Culinary Arts and Lifestyle in Live Foods and Detoxification at the Ann Wigmore Institute, and after several years of experience in the food industry, Kari rejoined the Plenitud team as Chef and Kitchen Supervisor of the Senior Care program. It fills her heart to serve healthy food prepared with love to the community.
